How do we receive our tickets once purchased?
An e-ticket will be produced and distributed electronically by email to the customer email address.
What is your refund policy?
All purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What happens if the e-ticket is accidentally deleted?
Contact admin via the contact us page and within three working days a replacement ticket will be issued.
What if I have a ticket for my friend and they are late?
At arrival speak to the event staff and they will be able to take the details of the latecomer and allow them access when they arrive.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
First contact us using the page and then we will forward you the details of the organiser.
Are there any ID or minimum age requirements for the event?
There are no requirements for all events unless otherwise stated on the flyer.
Is the event seated or standing?
The details regarding the event are posted underneath each event page.

What is a Booking Fee?
Majority of events will have booking fees whether you’re purchasing a physical ticket or buying your ticket online. Our booking fees are one of the lowest on the market, which we take for servicing you the ticket and to cover transaction charges and the cost of sending you the ticket.
